Due Dates, Finance Charges, and Late Fees
Tuition is due upon student’s tuition due date as noted on the academic calendar.  If tuition cannot be paid in full, please contact the Accounting office on or before the tuition due date.  If an account balance is in arrears, an 8% annual interest rate will accrue by the fifth business day after the due date a late fee of $30.00 will be charged. This late fee will be applied on a monthly basis to accounts with an outstanding balance.

Cancellations and Refunds
To cancel enrollment, the student must call the Registrar immediately to establish a date of withdrawal, and then submit a written notice of cancellation. If you elect to withdraw from the program, you are entitled to a refund of the current term’s tuition on a pro rata basis according to the total number of days of instruction time elapsed, up to 60%. Withdrawal prior to the first day of the term entitles you to a 100% refund (less the acceptance fee for first time enrollees and the additional deductions as noted in academic catalog). No refund will be given for withdrawal after 60% of the quarter is complete.  Please see the academic catalog for the complete policies regarding cancellations and refunds.

Additional Financial Considerations

Please factor into your financial planning the cost of text books ($100-$350 per quarter) and therapy, coaching, or spiritual guidance sessions depending on the requirements of the program to which you are applying). Other possible fees after the program starts can be found in the ITP Catalog.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The above non-tuition costs are not covered by Financial Aid. The Financial Aid checks are disbursed after the term begins. Students should anticipate an annual increase in tuition and fees of approximately 5% in July of each year.
