Join our research study and FREE workshop to:
- Enhance meaning and purpose in your life.
- Clarify and actualize your highest aspirations.
- Enhance psychological and spiritual coping resources.
- Reduce stress and harmonize your life.
- Tap into your inner strength and natural resilience.
- Participate in meditation and mindful movement.

What does the workshop & research study involve?
- Attend 8 weekly sessions of 3 hours each and a reunion session in Palo Alto
- Complete questionnaires 3 times, twice during class and once outside of class (40 min ea.)
- You may be invited for optional post-course interviews (1 ½ - 2 hrs)
- Course will be conducted by people who are experienced facilitators and cancer survivors
- $30.00 transportation reimbursement available
If you’ve had non-metastatic cancer in the past 10 years and are 18 or older, you meet the main requirements for participating in this workshop and study.
