ITP Among Top Institutions for Professional Psychology Exams
In the last six years, the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology's students have consistently excelled in Board of Psychology examinations. ITP students who take both the Examination for the Professional Practice of Psychology (EPPP) and the California Psychology Supplemental Examination (CPSE) passed at much higher rates than the state average.
Tom Potterfield, the ITP President, remarked that "students get terrific Transpersonal Clinical training, integrated academic and deep personal growth experience, at a place where world class scholars and scientists actually take spiritual dimension of life seriously, and get outstanding preparation for state licensing exams."
The statistics listed below were obtained from the California Board of Psychology, and for practical reasons do not include all of the schools that sent students to the exams. The full list and many other statistics are available here.
