An international group of scientists, consciousness explorers, healers, spiritual teachers, economists, artists, and authors will address the psycho-spiritual roots of the current global crisis and the mythic motifs and forces underlying human history and modern society.
Join Angeles Arrien, Stanislav Grof, Michael Harner, Jean Houston, Chungliang Al Huang, Jack Kornfield, Ervin Laszlo, Bernard Lietaer, Michael Meade, Ralph Metzner, Ram Dass, Peter Russell, Marilyn Schlitz, Richard Tarnas, Charles Tart, Frances Vaughan, and Roger Walsh and more in discovering a new myth that inspires peaceful coexistence and a sustainable world.
The cultural program features Steve Roach's audiovisual journey, an evening with John Cleese, chanting with Jai Uttal and Geoffrey Gordon, the hero's journey through music performed by Lorin Hollander, Odissi Indian dancing by Vishnu Tattva Das and Barbara Framm, transpersonal stand-up comedy with Wes Nisker, improvised satirical dance with Nina Wise, and a celebration for the century year of Joseph Campbell's birth.
Children of all ages are welcome to enjoy the Youth Conference where artwork, stories, play and laughter abounds. For the adults: drumming, dancing, group rituals, yoga, meditation and experiential workshops offer gateways into the mythological realm.
