Circulation Policies
Residential students, global students, faculty, Alumni Association members, and staff may check out library materials. Other library patrons not affiliated with ITP must become members of the “Friends of the Library” in order to check out items from the collection.
Checkout periods:
Books, dissertations, and theses may be checked out for a three-week period. Audio and video materials may be checked out for one week. All items may be renewed twice unless someone else has requested the item. There is a limit of 30 items checked out at one time. Journals and Reference Books may not be checked out and are for use in the library only.
Class Reserves:
A single copy of all Class Reserve books (required and recommended books for each quarter) are available at the Circulation Desk for two hours of in-library use only
