E-mail Forms to the ITP Library
The following forms are designed to allow you to send preformatted messages directly to the ITP Library. Please be sure to use the appropriate form for your request/feedback, as each form is sent to a different email address for processing.
General Feedback - send us feedback about the site - how you like it, what you would like to see added, suggestions for good links, problems you have experienced using the site.
InterLibrary Loan Request - request an item that we do not have in our collection, and we will find and obtain it for you. Please be sure to fill out all relevant fields on the form - that will make it easier for us to fulfill your request, without having to contact you for additional information.
Recommend a Book/Video/etc. - if there is a book/video/CD/etc. that we do not have in our collection, but you think we should, please let us know. If possible, please remember to include publisher and year info.
