Field Placement
The Institute assists students in finding appropriate clinical practicum sites that fulfill program requirements and professional board requirements for the state of California. Through the Clinical Practicum Coordinator, students receive personal consultation, periodic workshops, practicum position listings and information on professional licensing requirements.
ITP provides free passes for students and staff to use the Career Action Center where career management tools are offered through workshops, an extensive resource library, a network center and career counseling. The Alumni Association maintains a resource bank of alumni who will offer their time as mentors to ITP students and graduates in search of work positions.
